Email Request

In order to give you the best support service, Software Solutions Group is pleased to announce a new support email address.  Send your support issues and questions to support@softsolgrp.com in order to be sure that they are logged and assigned to a consultant.  This email address will be routed directly to our support team, who will log the incident and make sure that your question is addressed as efficiently as possible. 

Due to the large volume of emails that the consultants receive daily, it can be difficult for them to respond immediately if they are working with another client or are out at a client site.  Rather than have you wait, we’ve implemented support@softsolgrp.com to give you quicker response.  If you prefer to continue to send an email directly to a consultant, that’s fine too.  Just remember to cc support@softsolgrp.com in case your preferred cusultant is unavailable, and you'll get the next available consultant.
