Email Request

In order to give you better support service, Software Solutions Group is pleased to announce a new support email address.  Send your support issues and questions to support@softsolgrp.com in order to be sure that they are logged and assigned to a consultant.  This email address will be routed directly to Kerry, who will log the incident and make sure that someone addresses it. 

Due to the large volume of emails that the consultants receive daily, it can be difficult for them to respond immediately if they are working with another client or are out at a client site.  Rather than have you wait, we’ve implemented support@softsolgrp.com to give you quicker response.  If you prefer to continue to send an email directly to a consultant, that’s fine too.  Just cc support@softsolgrp.com to make sure that it doesn’t fall through the cracks.
