Job Title: Microsoft Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced systems professional for installing and supporting advanced business management software products. Knowledge and/or certifications in Windows Server, SQL Server and Exchange Server would be a plus.

Duties:

* Install Business Software in a variety of IT environments.

* Perform upgrades and apply service packs as necessary.

* Assist with selection, planning, installation, configuration, and testing of server & desktop software.

* Troubleshoot client issues.

* Help clients establish SQL Server maintenance, diagnostic and backup procedures.

* Maintain and Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

* Recommend and implement appropriate system security measures.

* Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities and maintaining certifications.

* Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership of tasks and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
